The LATINA VIII apartment in Madrid
An unbeatable choice to enjoy Madrid
Bright and spacious, welcoming and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in the Madrid of the Habsburgs invites you to stay the moment you enter.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building. The building has an access ramp to the entrance, lift and concierge.
Although located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to its good insulation.
The apartment is exterior.
Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
Central heating hours (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Air conditioning only in the living room.
The apartment:
The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable double sofa bed located in the living room.
The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, washing machine and oven among other appliances.
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entry to the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard

This is an amazing apartment in a great area of Madrid. Easy to walk to various locations. Online app made it easy to access the apartment. There are two issues that can be easily addressed - 1) air con did not work properly, and there needs to be at least one more unit in the apartment 2) shower leaks. These are small items, and really was a great stay in a great city.
