APARTAMENTOS SAN ANDRES

Great location, lots of restaurants around and a supermarket close by.

Needs to be updated inside: broken tiles on the kitchen floor, on which we needed to step on, falling shelf inside the wardrobe, not many hangers. Was missing some essentials such as a dish sponge, dish soap, garbage bags. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Also, there was no air conditioning, only a central vent, which was kind of loud and we were fortunate the weather was not very hot, so we didn't have to use it.

The properly was in a very convenient location close to all the main tourist attractions but in a very quiet street. It had 2 balconies facing the street which was a huge favourable factor and rare in Madrid apartments. It also had a very cute compact separate kitchen which is a bonus. The guy that checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

That the apartment is in the center.

The room we had was very small and dark you couldnt tell if its day outside since this was a room with windows but the windows are in the inside of the building. I believe the other rooms are faced on the street and have normal lighting. This room is fine if you are there just to sleep and be the whole day outside. If you are a person that likes to stay inside more, then i would recommend you asked them for a better room. The owner is very nice and kind. :)

the location was excellent. The balcony was nice to have. The separate living area with sofa bed was convenient since I snore. Having a kitchenette was good

The check in experience was stressful. I HATE meeting someone at the property to let me in, especially when they are not responsive. There should be a lock box or code entry. When they arrived, they only had one set of keys and had to come back the next day to drop off the other set. The host company didn't respond to questions prior to the stay, and when the air conditioning wasn't working, no one answered my call at the help number given. The only way to communicate was via booking.com messaging and that was slow The air conditioning didn't work the first night - I spent all night trying to get the settings to work (the dial had all markings worn off so I didn't know if I was turning it on or off) only to learn the whole building had no air. I got no sleep that night The watered down shower gels were cheap. The shower had a dispenser, but it wasn't filled so they provided small bottles The kitchen had no dishwashing liquid or towels to clean up
