Elegant and renovated apartment located in the central neighborhood of La Latina, which has everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. This area is located in a great point of interest of the city adjacent to widely tourist neighborhoods such as Austrias, Sol-Gran Vía and Lavapiés, each of them will offer a vision of Madrid, from a more cultural, gastronomic and leisure sense. The streets of La Latina keep a medieval origin, which makes it more attractive, mostly with irregular and narrow layouts that lead to beautiful squares, among them you will find the Plaza de la Cebada, where formerly took place the food market, the Plaza de los Carros, the Plaza de la Paja and the Rastro, the most famous open-air market in Madrid. One of the most iconic areas of the city, where you can breathe the atmosphere and essence of Madrid.
Perfectly communicated a few minutes from La Latina subway and intercommunicated with the extensive transport network of the city.
The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, the room shares a bright and spacious living room with sofa bed and separate single sofa with a total capacity for 5 people, fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances to complement the stay, has a bathroom with shower. There is a parking option 10 minutes from the accommodation for the guest's convenience, under previous reservation and additional payment excluded from the reservation.

The apartment is in a clean, comfortable and secure building in a really vibrant part of Madrid - coffee shops, bars and restaurants are moments away. The apartment itself is lovely and ideal for a couple or for a family with small kids (NOT teens) as it is quite open concept with very little bathroom/shower privacy. The unit is a little more about form than function - beautifully done but lacking certain essentials for longer stays like towel racks, drawers to put clothes, and certain kitchen equipment etc.. but overall, we really, really loved our stay. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended

It's a wonderful building with clean and fairly new modern units. I was so thankful that there was an elevator and multiple washing machines to use. The supermarket was just 2 blocks away, and there's plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I was able to walk everywhere and didn't even use public transportation. I felt safe as a solo traveler.

Spacious apartment that is certainly big enough for two people and possibly one child on the couch. Modern appliances as well. Safe neighborhood and within a ten minute walk is the famous Cava Alta & Cava Baja, streets that are filled with nothing but restaurants. About 12 minutes to the Metro. Getting into the building & the apartment is a little different but the app works perfectly so there were no problems. Just remember not to let your phone battery run down or you won't get in.

Excellent location. Very clean property. A/C was great for summer. Bath and toilet aren't that private for group. Scary slow elevator and door didn't open a few times. Room wifi keeps on dropping. Management tried to communicate as much and as fast as they could, I guess - and only via WhatsApp. The Vrbo messaging platform wasn't of help -- should have been advertised upfront. Will still recommend overall.
