We had a smooth online check in at the apartment, the assigned staff was really patient with all my inquiries and request. The location was close to all restaurants and tourist spots. The apartment was clean enough equiped with all cooking facilities.. the room space is just enough for us 3.
Would be better if they install bidet in the toilet 😀

I was really impressed with the contact made by staff, offering help and quick to respond. The apartment is in a great spot, there is a little supermarket close by, it is equipped with everything needed, great shower. I would stay again when in Madrid.
