Everything was massively more than great! Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Kitchen equipments like microwave oven and wide refrigerator are very useful for a few stay. Super good location of the hotel helped us walk around the city flexibly. very kind and good communication everytime. We do fully repeat if there is a chance to visit madrid agian. Thank you so much!

Great location in the city center. It was clean and nice, comfortable bed. Enough hot water for all family members and perfectly working AC. The communication with the manager was great, really responsive and kind, made us feel welcome from the start.

The property is very clean, the staff are kind, and the location is very close to the city center. If I visit Madrid again, I will definitely choose Plaza Mayor Suites.
