'Located in the heart of Madrid in the Austrias neighborhood, one of the most emblematic areas of the city, San Miguel's market provides a quiet apartment in the historic and touristic center of the capital. This cozy two-bedroom apartment has 3 nice balconies and has been recently reformed in a classic style with great attention to detail. The apartment is ideal for visiting the sites of major interest in the city such as Plaza Mayor, the wonderful “Mercado de San Miguel” (San Miguel´s Market), La Latina neighborhood, the Royal Theatre and the Palace, only a few minutes on foot. It is located in a pedestrian street with restricted traffic, noise isolated despite being outside and being in the busiest area of the city. With a modern and fresh decor giving brightness to all the spaces. The living room has a lovely balcony that overlooks the beautiful Conde de Barajas´ square.With an area of 80m2 very well distributed, it is on the first floor (without lift), very easy to access. To the right of the entrance there are two rooms each one with its own balcony and a separated social area, with a master bedroom with double bed (queen 1.50m x 2.00m) and a second bedroom also with double bed. To the left the hall leads to a comfortable bathroom with shower and a spacious living-dining area with a wonderful natural light, a loveseat, TV and dining area for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay.'

Family trip for spring break, enjoyed the stay, .apt is central to all the major and minor tourist attractions. Gabriel was communicative and very friendly. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The 2-bedroom apt. was roomy and well equipped. Supermarket very close by for food and necessities. Very comfortable beds. We loved the balconies. Safe location with many shops, restaurants and tapas bars.Well situated...close to everything and Madrid center. Checking in was easy. Communication with staff was excellent.Please note: The apt is on the second floor-no elevator. There is no clothes dryer but a clothes rack which worked nicely. Bus stop and taxi cabs easily available. Would definitely book again!

The hostess is very helpful and make sure there was someone to meet us to show us the apartment , the rooms are big enough for comfort, kitchen has everything possible you will need if you decide to cook , restroom clean , living room was very comfortable all three rooms had a small balcony , also she provided some information of where we can go and spend a good time also the apartment is close to the main attraction in Madrid everything was walkable distance felt very safe we definitely will try to book the place for our next vacations…. Thank you for your hospitality

Lovely apartment, great location, lots of light, very nice spot. Apartment has all the amenities you need. Great spot to explore Madrid as it is close to so many fun neighborhoods (recommend going to other food markets than San Miguel as that is now always so crowded). A fun bar just outside the front door, plus other good spots nearby. A little noisy in the morning with all the delivery trucks, but you get used to it. Overall was a good place to spend a week.
