The neighbourhood stands out for its lively squares, terraces, traditional restaurants, markets, cafés and an excellent selection of tapas bars.
The location boasts excellent public transport connections, with several underground stations and bus lines in close proximity, facilitating access to any point in the city.

The independent bedroom features a comfortable double bed, designed to offer maximum rest. Its modern décor and neutral tones create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.
The apartment features a complete bathroom equipped with a spacious shower tray and contemporary design finishes.
To bear in mind
Important: This apartment is offered exclusively for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Upon arrival, all guests must sign the corresponding seasonal rental contract.
Mandatory online check-in: In compliance with current regulations, it will be necessary to complete the online check-in process through the Mit House app or webapp before arrival. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to collect the data required by the competent authorities. To access the accommodation, it will be essential to have a mobile phone with internet connection.
Deposit: For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, once it has been verified that the accommodation is in the same condition as it was handed over.
Coexistence and rest: In order to guarantee the rest of neighbours and adequate coexistence, the apartment may have a noise level monitoring system active 24 hours a day. This system does not record conversations or images; it only detects high noise levels. Guests must respect coexistence rules and rest times at all times.
Before arrival: We kindly request that you contact our team at least 48 hours before your arrival date and follow the instructions provided to complete the pre-check-in process. Mit House is not responsible for any possible delays in accessing the apartment resulting from not having completed this procedure in advance.
