We stayed here with our teenaged kids for nearly a week. There was lots of room to spread out and, as well as a cozy living area to enjoy time together. This apartment was a true gem- close to transportation (metro and bus stops), restaurants, groceries, sights, and shopping. We were stocked with cleaning supplies and so many other items that I wasn’t expecting, as it was an apartment and not a hotel. The clothes washer worked great as well. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Madrid.
We would have liked towel hooks in the bathroom- there appeared to be something that looked like hooks for the bath towels, but it was way too high to reach them. And a clothes dryer would have been nice, but no big deal. We used the drying rack, which worked well too.

The appartment is in a great location and within walking distance of the Palace, Gran Rua and parl retiro.
The building is old and in need of refurbishment but the appartment is modern. No negative comments really. Shops nearest the appartment are a bit run down but again not a big issue. No headboard on beds.

Anazing location....well renovated big apartmeny...cozy beds and big rooms... With lots of kitchenware
Cooling...only one aircondition in salon and it is small and weak...Fans in bedrooms but not enough at such burning summer

The location of this property was great - the apartment was quiet however it was an easy walk to all the locations we wanted to visit.
The door code to enter didn't work we fiddled with it for half an hour after a long flight. The host had to open the door remotely.
The second set of keys was not there, the bathroom mirror was missing, the main bedroom door closure was missing and it wouldn't close, the ironing board was completely broken. It appears noone is checking the status of this apartment.
