About this apartment rental
A modern apartment, decorated with personality, where nothing is missing so you can feel at home.
It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is very bright. It has a toilet and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is modern and communicates with the living room. It is provided with Vitroceramic, small fridge, hood for odors, washing machine, microwave, and has all the necessary equipment. It has a flat screen TV that will make the evenings more pleasant after a day of long walks. Of course you can not miss Wifi, very important in these times. You also have an iron and ironing board available. A clothesline, if it rains, and another exterior that overlooks the inner courtyard. It is a bass with elevator.
The floor also has cleaning products, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher, scourer, lullaby, ballet and roll of kitchen paper.
At 7 minutes there is a Supermarket. There are bars, restaurants and shops.
The subway is 'Puerta de Toledo', 7 minutes walk. There are also several buses.
Although the apartment is very well surrounded by public transport, you can walk to the famous Madrid Trail, La Puerta de Toledo, Madrid Rio, La Almudena Cathedral, Royal Palace, La Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the lively Barrio La Latina where you can find many restaurants, cafes, theater, etc.
For those who come by car, I recommend a Parking that is 10 minutes away by car and the price is € 8 / day and € 40/7 days. Check with me

Property was very clean and communication with host was excellent. She was very proactive communicating about check in and providing recommendations for the duration of our stay. The apt is well stocked in terms of kitchen amenities, towels, etc. The location itself has easy access to bus and metro lines to get you into the center of Madrid quickly. It is also a short commute to the train station. You are a short walk to the royal palace with multiple restaurants just a few minutes away. There is a great, large supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. And, for those with younger children, there is a fantastic park (parque de Atenas) just a 10 minute walk away.

Host is very responsive. Quick answers. Provided a lot of information regarding restaurants, transport etc. Only issue is the water does not drain quickly in the shower. Host is fixing it as we speak.
