About this apartment rental
A modern apartment, decorated with personality, where nothing is missing so you can feel at home.
It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is very bright. It has a toilet and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is modern and communicates with the living room. It is provided with Vitroceramic, small fridge, hood for odors, washing machine, microwave, and has all the necessary equipment. It has a flat screen TV that will make the evenings more pleasant after a day of long walks. Of course you can not miss Wifi, very important in these times. You also have an iron and ironing board available. A clothesline, if it rains, and another exterior that overlooks the inner courtyard. It is a bass with elevator.
The floor also has cleaning products, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher, scourer, lullaby, ballet and roll of kitchen paper.
At 7 minutes there is a Supermarket. There are bars, restaurants and shops.
The subway is 'Puerta de Toledo', 7 minutes walk. There are also several buses.
Although the apartment is very well surrounded by public transport, you can walk to the famous Madrid Trail, La Puerta de Toledo, Madrid Rio, La Almudena Cathedral, Royal Palace, La Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the lively Barrio La Latina where you can find many restaurants, cafes, theater, etc.
For those who come by car, I recommend a Parking that is 10 minutes away by car and the price is € 8 / day and € 40/7 days. Check with me

The host was super helpful. She gave us good recommendations and booked a taxi for us when we left. The walk to the metro was about 5 minutes. There are not many places to eat on the blocks between the apartment and the metro. The apartment was a good size, the beds were small and basic, but comfortable. The bathrooms were small and had no fans so after 5 of us showered, there was a lot of moisture in the bathroom. Overall it was a comfortable stay and close to lots of places via the metro.

This is halfway down to basement apartment, which is very normal within older town of Spain. The decoration of rooms was very artistic, and very clean. We are very much appreciated the tankless hot water system, that made our showers very convenance for groups of six adults. There is nothing we would complain about. This is very safe and quiet area. The host is very kind.

Marina was great help to us with the lovely and comfortable apartment, as well as helping us to get to the apartment. She also gave a great deal of information about what to see and do in Madrid.

Marina was excellent! Communication was clear and timely, and the directions to the VRBO were on point. Marina was kind and helpful with suggestions on food and site seeing.
