La ubicación excelente, el departamento limpio y cómodo. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar y tener una buena estancia. Cuenta con servicio de ascensor que me parece excelente cuando viajas con personas adultas. Hay varios comercios cerca lo que te facilita la compra de insumos para el tiempo de tu estadoo

La ubicación inmejorable. Estás cerca del centro andando no hace falta coger transporte público sino quieres y el barrio tiene muy buen ambiente. El apartamento no está mal lo justo para ir a pasar la noche así que suficiente.

Las cámadas y el sofá muy incómodos y echamos en falta cosas como jabón de fregar los platos, estropajo, papel wc, etc que tuvimos que ir a comprar nosotros.

Nos ha encantado, está muy bien situado y el personal es muy amable. El apartamento es tá muy limpio y tiene de todo. Volveremos!

Se tiene que arreglar el soporte de la ducha, pero el resto estaba todo perfecto

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable apartment with washing machine, dryer and fridge freezer. The apartment block was of good quality.

Terrible communication from the management company. They simply would not answer the phone. We were told to let them know if we arrived early to see if they could let us into the apartment early. They didn't respond when we did. And when we came back at check-in time, 3pm, we still weren't allowed in and were told they were 'checking with the team to see if your apartment is ready'. That took AN HOUR AND A HALF - a complete waste of our time as we didn't want to go too far away. We were given the wrong WiFi details (we found the correct ones on the back of the door) - and, having been told we'd be allowed a late check-out for our trouble, we returned from breakfast at 11.03, just three minutes after the official check out time, and the entry door code had been changed. Again, no-one answered our phone calls or messages - fortunately the housekeeper turned up and allowed us 20 minutes to collect our bags, clean our teeth and leave. Within the apartment itself: the shower head bracket had fallen off the wall so you had to hold the shower head in your hand while showering. The shower cubicle door was faulty. And no toiletries are provided. It's a shame - the apartment is generally fine and in a very good location, but our experience was really soured by the obvious lack of interest from the management in dealing with our issues and problems, causing us unnecessary stress. Will NOT use again.
