The Apartment:

The apartment has 4 independent bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with shower, a spacious living room with dining area and a very comfortable open kitchen. It has capacity for 9 people arranged in 1 double bed, 5 single beds and a double sofa bed.
Its decoration has been carried out applying aesthetic criteria adapted to the latest trends, with beautiful, comfortable and simple furniture. Combining colours through the furniture and building materials. Highlighting important details such as the use of beautiful hydraulic tiles in the bathrooms and hallway. Central heating is subject to schedules established by the community. The schedules are from 07:00 to 10:00 and then from 18:00 to 00:00, it will be set at 21 degrees
Things to bear in mind:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Law (LAU). Customers will sign a seasonal letting contract upon arrival
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the Grupo BizTrip app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.

Apartment access: this apartment is located within the area known as MADRID CENTRAL with restricted vehicle traffic access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard

There was plenty of space to move around in our apartment, and comfortable bedroom layouts. The only complaint would be the noise during the night being so close to the plaza mayor.
