Located in the heart of the vibrant Madrid city centre, Cibeles Luxe is the ideal choice for those seeking accommodation that offers comfort, style and exclusivity in all its spaces.
In the Las Cortes neighbourhood—one of the most traditional and historically rich areas of the city centre district, known for its impressive architecture and wide cultural and gastronomic offering—are points of interest such as the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, the ICO Art and Architecture Exhibitions Museum, the famous Cibeles fountain, the iconic Puerta de Alcalá or Retiro Park.
Thanks to its excellent location, our guests can enjoy within just a few minutes' walk some of the most emblematic and photographed places such as Puerta del Sol, the Real Casa de Correo, seat of Madrid's City Council and whose bells mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain, or the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree.
Furthermore, it offers excellent connectivity with the rest of the city by public transport, highlighting the Banco de España and Sevilla Metro stations and the many bus lines that depart from that area.
The apartment
This elegant flat is located in a completely renovated building with a lift and can accommodate up to nine guests.
The spacious lounge, carefully decorated and with beautiful lighting throughout the day thanks to its three impressive panoramic windows, features a comfortable sofa and a seating area with an individual sofa bed.
Its spacious independent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances to guarantee comfort and convenience for our guests.
The flat features four bedrooms specially designed to guarantee maximum comfort: two of them with double beds and the remaining two with two single beds each. On the floor there are in total three modern fully equipped bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite in the main bedroom, and a toilet.
The apartment has WiFi and underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.
The changeover from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the changeover from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
Things to bear in mind:
Our accommodation is located in one of the most lively and characterful areas of the city, surrounded by a wide range of bars, restaurants and venues that bring life to the neighbourhood, especially as night falls. Its privileged location will allow you to move around easily and have within a few steps the best that the city has to offer: culture, gastronomy, entertainment and much more.
As it is such a dynamic environment with so much activity, it is possible that some ambient noise may be perceived, especially during weekends.
We inform you that, due to works being carried out by the Town Council on Madrazo Street, it remains closed to traffic. Likewise, construction work is being carried out on a building in the vicinity of the accommodation, so some noise from such works could occur.
The works will remain active until further notice. We greatly appreciate your understanding and regret any inconvenience that these circumstances may cause.
This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal letting contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to failure to carry out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Authority (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.

The location of the property is fantastic. As are the rooms, layout and amenities. Unfortunately there is night club that went until 5 am on Friday Saturday and Sunday night and made it it so loud that it was impossible to sleep. The pulsating base from the club made the windows shake and was interminable.
