The Apartment:
Located in a renovated building typical of the 50s, where all its apartments are dedicated to short stays, making it ideal for large groups. Designed, renovated, and decorated with optimal quality for an impeccable stay. Equipped with everything necessary for maximum comfort. Lift, air conditioning, heating, wifi internet, as well as complete kitchen equipment with all appliances.
The apartment has 4 independent rooms and two complete bathrooms with shower, a spacious living room with dining area and a very comfortable open kitchen. It has capacity for 10 people arranged in 2 double beds, 4 single beds and a double sofa bed.
Its decoration has been carried out applying aesthetic criteria adapted to the latest trends, with beautiful, comfortable and simple furniture. Combining colours through furniture and construction materials. Highlighting important details such as the use of beautiful hydraulic floors in the bathrooms and hallway. The kitchens are of high quality and modern with the latest innovation. A great success.

The central heating is subject to schedules established by the community. The schedules are from 07:00 to 10:00 and then from 18:00 to 00:00, it will be set at 21 degrees

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory through the MitHouse app, where identity document photos of the guests will be requested.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.

Tolle Lage und eine saubere und moderne Wohnung mit genügend Platz. Wenn man irgend etwas negatives finden müsste, dann vielleicht am ehesten die doch etwas laute Umgebubg und die Ringhörigkeit im Gebäude. Aber das ist etwas das im Zentrum einer Grossstadt halt dazu gehört. Die Wohnung war top!

overall good. lots of street noise made it difficult to sleep at night and we were disappointed that there were NO kitchen basics other than utensils. no olive oil, salt, pepper, etc.

There was no hot water the first two days. There was not enough toilet paper for the 7 people staying. We had to buy our own. Wifi stopped working on the 3rd day. It was extremely hard to get a hold of the property manager. I called 6 times and nobody picked up. Finally on the 7th try someone picked up. I asked for a crib and they did deliver on that and we had one by the end of day. The location was good near city center, so that was the one thing we liked. But the noise at night was loud so if you are a light sleeper, might not be a good area for you.
