Apolo en Madrid

Very well equipped apartment in excellent localisation with shops around , cafes and restaurants. AC worked very well during hot summers. Apartment had 2 wonderful terraces to relax. I could definitely return to this apartment.

It was quite difficult to manage the app to open the doors but once it was set up all was well working

Great place to stay in a great location. Lots of restaurants and bars just a super short walk away, with the metro less than 2 mins away as well as plenty of shops/supermarkets, which was really useful. The AC worked really well and kept us cool for our entire stay. We had 2 private terraces which were a bonus and enjoyed. Brilliant value for money.

Needed to use an App to open the doors which could be a little temperamental but worked fine majority of times!

Todo estaba perfecto, solamente a lo mejor facilitar algunas especies como sal, etc. para cocinar, pero en general no hay nada que no nos haya gustado.

The location of the property was excellent. The size of the lounge and kitchen were good. The decor in the lounge was really nice. Beds and pillows were comfy. Kitchen had enough kitchenware for our group of 7. A few dishwasher tablets were provided.

Getting into the property having to use the app. The battery ran out on our apartment door when we returned to the property at 11.30 pm on the first night. We had to call the emergency number and wait for them to let us in so we were locked out until about 1 am. Once in we realised there were 2 sets of keys on the kitchen table but there had been no details about that. Air conditioning wasn't brilliant though admittedly it was really hot outside. Only 2 rolls of toilet roll in each toilet. Dishwasher was falling apart and I don't think it actually cleaned very well. Nothing provided for the washing machine but we'd brought washing sheets with us. No welcome pack, ie no salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar provided.
