Property was spacious and had everything required
The locks on the property are operated through an app. There were a couple of times when it glitched and would not actually unlock the door which was stressful and another person in our group had to do it through their phone instead. Not ideal if not everyone has data or access to the app.

Large and spacious. Kitchen well equipped.
No water or treats left behind. The app they ask you to download to enter building and apartment doesn’t always work. Sometimes there’s a long delay for the doors to open which I found a bit dangerous and concerning in case of emergency.
Wish they left 2 keys behind instead or had a simple door code to enter the building and apartment.
Also, that app had no option to contact customer service.

Great location, easy to find. Good sized rooms and very comfortable for our stay.
Central for transport, nice bars and restaurants in the area.
Great base for spending a few nights in Madrid, would definitely recommend.

there is no hot water in the bathrooms which make us difficult to stay
