ESTUDIOS RUDA 4

Great location in a vibrant area of its own . Great location for many sights and Metro close by .Clean , good bathroom , good cooking facilities if required . Beds comfy . Easy entry to building and room with a code .

Room 4B Looks tired to the listings re flooring , surfaces ,curtains , blinds. Wouldn’t take much to bring it to standard . Being in the split level on the top floor air conditioning assisted lower level only , too hot top level despite being on 17* . The stairs are an accident waiting to happen with an outside rail only which moves way too easily . I would also question the security of the patio doors which opened when locked with ease . The main door also had issues having been repaired with a metal plate on the outside and yet no deadlock and poor repair in my view .

Location was great. No breakfast supplies were included. Communication was good and the entry code worked well.

Several things were broken, or breaking. The double bed was a bit small, and i would have appreciated supplies like tes, coffee, olve oil, salt etc.
