Magerit II apartment in Madrid

Located in the Centro district of the city, this neighbourhood is characterised by being one of the most authentic and distinctive areas of Madrid. A place where cultures from all over the world have always coexisted and which in recent years has been gaining greater prominence thanks to the recovery of its premises, shops and new accommodation by young and enterprising people making their lives in the area.



From the apartment you can easily walk to both the city's most important cultural attractions of interest, such as the Reina Sofía Museum and the Prado Museum, and to iconic places such as the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Gran Vía.



The apartment:



This charming apartment with capacity for 4 people is equipped with a modern fully-equipped American kitchen with elements such as a fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher and everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay.



The lounge, elegantly integrated into the kitchen space, features a comfortable double sofa bed, modern and artistic decoration, a television and two wonderful exterior balconies that bring freshness and plenty of light to the flat.



Coinciding with the minimalist character in which space is fully utilised, a bespoke table has been built into the living room furniture, which can be installed and uninstalled as suits the client.



The cosy room with a view of the building's peaceful interior courtyard features a comfortable double bed, beneath which there is a custom-made wardrobe. Additionally, the apartment has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.



There is air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify a maximum of 5 days in advance.



To bear in mind:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.



Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR.



Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.



MIT House is not responsible for any delay in apartment entry due to failure to complete said prior process.



Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to motor vehicle traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
