This comfortable 3-bedroom flat in Madrid is the perfect accommodation for guests looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The flat is located on the third floor and is accessible only by stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a TV and a dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential kitchenware, such as a cooker, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a washing machine and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.
All three bedrooms have double beds, including bed linen. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort. The other bedroom has a balcony from which you can enjoy the views of the neighbourhood.
Both bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities such as fresh towels, hairdryer and free toiletries.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.
We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

We were a group of 5 friends booking for the weekend and we were very happy we found this apartment with 3 bedrooms with full beds, AC/heaters in each room and two bathrooms! The living room with open kitchen was awesome and we had our coffee and tea there every day. The apartment was newly remodeled, with everything needed and even iron and umbrella, thank you we used them! Location wise, we were close to many center attractions, within 15 min walk to most. The neighborhood is ethnic, but we didn't feel unsafe and the vast choices of little stores, halal shops and mercadillos, made things very convenient. We found a lovely bakery just 3 min away and a wine store one block over....I will say no more. The hosting company is very responsive, addressing our questions and issues really fast. Overall, we were happy we found this apartment, we enjoyed our stay!
