This apartment is located in Lavapiés, one of Madrid's most central and traditional neighbourhoods, in an area of popular origin that in recent times has become a reference point for new generations and all those seeking an authentic, multicultural and rapidly developing atmosphere.
Next to Tirso de Molina Square, La Latina and just a 5-minute walk from Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and all the city's points of tourist interest.
The apartment:
This apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift and can accommodate up to 2 people.
The lounge, tastefully decorated, has a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay in Madrid.
The night area features an independent double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, located in a mezzanine with sloped ceilings (maximum ceiling height 150 cm)
It has a complete bathroom and another one divided into a shower area and another with a sink and toilet.
The apartment includes free WiFi internet and partial air conditioning.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify a maximum of 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment due to failure to complete this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
