New Stylish - 1BD 1BTH - La Latina

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. The location is excellent - very central, safe, and convenient for exploring Madrid. The Royal Palace is only about a 5–8 minute walk away, while Plaza Mayor and the main shopping areas are around a 10-minute walk. El Corte Inglés is also nearby, which was very convenient. One of the best features is that the apartment is literally a two-minute walk from the beginning of El Rastro market, which is especially convenient if you want to explore the famous Sunday market and the surrounding area. The apartment is on the ground floor with just one small step at the entrance, making access easy. It was clean, fully equipped, and had plenty of storage space. We stayed as a group of four, although I think three people would be the most comfortable arrangement. There is a lively pub/venue directly across from the apartment that hosts quite a few events, so there can be some activity and noise at times. However, we felt very safe in the area and had no concerns about security.

We initially had a small issue with the bathroom door, but the host was very responsive and arranged for it to be repaired immediately. Communication with the host was easy throughout our stay.

Calm place in the heart of the bustling city. Near to all types of shops and restaurants. Loved the walk-in shower. Spacious, comfortable bed. We appreciated the perks like washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker (they even had Britta water filter!). The wifi and AC worked perfectly. Easy communication with staff - comfortable check-in and check-out.

It was harder to air out the bedroom as it has no windows but we let in the evening fresh air through the bathroom window and even opened the door (there is also fenced security door so we didn't have to worry about someone coming in).

Een mooi en goed ingericht appartement. Heel centraal gelegen met alles op loopafstand. Het appartement ligt aan de achterzijde zodat je geen lawaai hebt van de straat.

De zetels die er staan zijn niet erg comfortabel.
