There were some issues with my itinerary, but the staff here were extremely proactive and helped me find solutions. They adjusted my booking, which truly touched me, and I could really feel the warmth and hospitality of the Spanish people. Everything was excellent, and the surrounding facilities are also very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Wonderful host with a beautiful unit in a great location that was close to a metro stop and also in the center of everything. The unit was clean and well maintained, appeared newly renovated. Communication was always responsive and proactive. We would love to stay here again!

Very service minded personell. Pro-active in offering services and follow during the stay. Easy check-in and access to the appartment. High standard appartment. Quiet inside even though located in one of Madrids central streets with restaurants.
