- Excellent location, restaurants and attractions are easily accessible. Metro station nearby.
- Very friendly hosts. Coffee, milk, orange juice, breakfast pastries provided, we even got a bottle of delicious wine.

The location is relatively convenient, with attractions within walking distance (provided you're reasonably fit). The bus stop is a 300-metre walk uphill or downhill, while the underground station is just over a kilometre away. Near the bus stop is a supermarket, and the surrounding area boasts numerous small shops, bars, and restaurants. The accommodation features eight beds, accommodating up to eight guests. Hygiene standards are commendable, with the bathroom, hot water supply, and kitchen all functioning well. Cookware and crockery are provided. While the facilities are relatively dated, they are well-maintained. Please note that their operation may produce considerable noise. Overall, this represents a cost-effective option for larger households and groups.
The neighbours nearby make noise at night, regardless of whether it's a weekend or weekday, though weekends are particularly excessive – they party until after two in the morning. Regarding this, the landlord will tell you it's legal in Spain and there's nothing he can do about it. The heating is relatively cold; you can turn it up a bit. There's only one key, so everyone must leave together. If there are many people, be mindful of this. The landlord's identity remains unknown, though the caretaker may vary. We encountered a rather sensitive young chap who seemed quite apprehensive about us causing trouble.
