Toiletries provided is good for 1 day only, just a courtesy according to KUIA. Neighbors are noisy. No extra mirror except 1 in the bathroom. Did’nt change beddings during our stay for 10 days. We are frequent travellers and our first to experience this type of accommodation☹️

Beautiful little apartment with everything you could need during your stay. Very close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable for us. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in early due to medical reasons. Highly recommend!
Hot water did not last very long in the shower, but still rate 10/10

I did struggle to get into the apartment as I did not have wi-fi connection. I managed to pass the main door as other people were coming in. It took me 10 minutes to be able to open the apartment door, when asked the hosts for help THEN they gave me the code to pick up the physical keys. What that information has not been shared in the first place?????
The access to the property, the breakfast (I paid £13 a day for breakfast and got a box that even only had deccaff, not coffee, with £13 I could have gone out for a meal!
Very noisy building, lots of apartments and some people are more respectful than others, that's not the hosts fault, but the rest is
