Es un lugar con una excelente ubicación

Hubicacion excelente , la habitación limpia ,sistema de check-in práctico y fácil de realizar

Duchas pequeñas y no tener donde colgar tu toalla a la hora de ducharte pero lo demás bien

Muy buena ubicación, comoda y espaciosa. Fui con un nene de 3 años y lo aprovechamos muchisimo. La atención de las chicas de limpieza cuando nos íbamos también fue bueno, sin apurarnos para dejar la habitación. Volvería nuevamente

No detecte nada que no me haya gustado. El precio-calidad fue excelente. En algunos comentarios decian que era muy ruidosa y no fue asi en mi experiencia, eso que mi ventana daba a la calle principal.

Very clean place! It is in a very ideal location and in walkable distance from lots of places in Madrid. The private rooms were very nice and the shared bathrooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable.

To check in it was nearly impossible. I felt like Dora the Explorer without her map. It took us over an hour to get access to the room once we arrived. We attempted to contact the number and email on the booking. Only one of many calls was picked up, and the person who answered was extremely rude. They just said "it's obvious" when we asked how to get access to our room and then hung up. We ran into another person staying there, who informed us it took them several hours to check in, and they actually had to go sit and wait at a nearby restaurant with all their luggage. The only way we were able to get access to the rooms was when other guests let us into the two locked doors. Then we finally were emailed check-in information and how to get our keys. I thought it was strange that they required us to provide an arrival time for someone to meet us but then no one was there. Showers were clean but very, very small. They don't have hooks for clothes or towels inside the stall. You have to then try to change in the stall and get all your stuff wet, or risk flashing the person going to the bathroom in the stall next door.
