The accommodation is at a perfect location right at the centre of the old city wihtin short walking distance from Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel! very clean and comfy appartment!

O apartamento estava limpo. A localização é ótima. O apartamento é pequeno, mas muito confortável para dormir.

The location was incredible - in the heart of the city, with shops and restaurants everywhere nearby, and the beautiful plazas with lots of excitement. On day 1, the hosts were fairly quick to respond when we encountered problems.

The nuki key code failed to work multiple times the first day. When we arrived, it was so early that no one was there that could help us. We killed time until around noon and a host then spent a lot of time with us, presumably fixing the problem, but when we arrived again in the evening, we were locked out as it would still not work. At that point, the host did fix that problem. But, our heating/cooling was not working. The room was too hot. At noon, the host showed us something that we thought would allow us to cool the room, and also seemed to say he'd set the temperature lower. Nothing worked, and it stayed hot. We notified the host(s) another time or two of the problem, and it always sounded like it would be fixed, but it never was. Luckily being October, we could open the window in the evening to help cool things some, but being in the heart of the city, had to close it to sleep, and the condo would get very warm.
