The location is perfect, you can not expect better in Madrid.
The beds were very bad, hard and old mattress. The place is very loud (not the guests, but the people outside), although it’s the same everywhere in Madrid and to be expected in the city center, bring your earplugs! Could have more things in the kitchen area like salt and oil.

We stayed in the room called “Romeo and Juliet.” The hand soap was empty, and the lid of the trash bin was broken. There was no door for the bedroom, and the bathroom door was very noisy when opening and closing. The sofa bed was also making creaking noises. We felt that the room was not very suitable for staying with a baby.
