Very comfortable apartament for 4 people, and in the very centre of Madrid. Its easy to reach by metro from any place. Perfect balance between comfort and price .

We had problems to conect wifi. Indicated password was not the right one. Very unpleasant while travelling for business.

The location is perfect, right beside San Miguel market. Since the penthouse it's at floor 7, it's not impacted from the noise on the street. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. The balcony has a perfect view of the city from the top

Two main concerns we had, firstly, it was not possible to contact the host for any of our questions or concerns. There is the contact number of For You rentals in the contact details but they almost never return to the messages you send over booking app or Whatsapp directly. I had to escalate to Booking.com customer service to get a response from them on the check-in details. Second concern is the cleanness of the apartment, towels and sheets. We had to wash our towels and the mattress cover sheets before using them, the mattress sheet had obvious BO on it and towels didn't look clean. Also we had to clean inside the drawers and wardrobe shelfs since there was dust and hair on them.
