The check in process was automatic - I was given instructions via this site and followed them - was in the flat quickly. Good and bad - in truth, no contact with the owner for that personal touch. But, otherwise, perfect!
It is a two flight climb to the flat - older building - so smaller kids might have a problem.

Location is perfect. It was very convenient to walk around the down town.
Saturday night, there were noise until 3:00 AM, because there are a lot of restaurant and bar near the hotel.
People are shouting on the street.
