Located in the middle of tourist district and super convenient to reach everywhere. The kitchen is well equipped. Good to have a washing machine and clothes dryer in shared area.
Throwing paper into the toilets is strictly prohibited. A bit inconvenient but it’s fully understandable. Some ants appeared in the kitchen but not big deal. Pest killer is available when requested.

Great location to visit Madrid, the apartment is located in a nice quiet alleyway in close proximity to the Palace and walkable to Metro. The apartment has been modernised in an artistic and industrial theme.
The second bedroom was made up as a double, I would have preferred twin beds.

Excellent location, great art vibe and decor
Communication was not very good. Bathroom had lots of mould on the walls. One bathroom had special instructions for use that weren’t very clear so we didn’t use it at all.
