Avremmo gradito una poltrona in più in soggiorno

The location of the property was excellent, very central and it had everything we needed. Communication was excellent from Gabriel and when we had a small problem he managed to get it sorted straight away without it interfering with our holiday. The kitchen is compact but had everything we needed. The shower was great and the aircon worked very well… much needed in the Madrid heat!

The property is for 4 people with one double bedroom and one sofa bed. There is plenty of space and the sofa bed and the bed were comfy but the only flaw with the apartment is that is has no blinds on the roof windows and so there is no way to escape the sun in the morning if you are sleeping on the sofa bed.

Logement extrêmement bien situé, au calme et propre. Bien équipé malgré quelques manques.

Il n'est pas conforme à l'annonce. Il était noté qu'il y avait un lave linge, venant en avion nous avons voyagé léger et il n'y en avait pas. De même, le fauteuil relax en cuir, n'est pas celui qui est réellement dans l'appartement. Le lit est petit et pas confortable. Enfin, la présence de fenêtre de toit sans rideau fait que vous dormez avec la lumière et que vous êtes réveillés tôt. La porte en verre de la chambre laissant passer la lumière aussi. Autre problème il n'y a que 2 chaises "l'appartement n'étant pas assez grand pour en recevoir 4", c'est ce que l'on nous a répondu, donc à 2 c'est bien à 4 c'est trop, du moins si vous voulez manger en famille à 4. Enfin, cet appartement semble ne pas être géré par un particulier mais par une agence qui vous répond moins d'une semaine avant votre départ, bien qu'elle est fait son maximum pour répondre à nos difficultés lors du séjour, nous n'avons pas senti un accueil très chaleureux, aucune information sur Madrid et ils ont bien éluder notre question sur l'absence de lave linge.
