The place was really good, everything is near there a lot of supermarket around, metro stations, banks, gymnasium, beautiful salon to get your nails done
The property was very big, the air conditioning worked fine, the WiFi was excellent, We love everything the property and We will definitely come back

Very well located!
Not enough kitchen utensils, pots, and pans. Even though I asked for some more, to cook comfortably for a month, I was told that sorry but that was the standard for them.
Likewise, the door for the shower was missing, so the whole bathroom got wet every time I took a shower.

I stayed in the flat for one month for working purposes. I liked the size of the living room and the lighting, the comfortable sofa, the bathroom that was renovated, big shower cabin, relatively well equipped kitchen. New TV set. Nice location, very close to restaurants, bars, a gym and the metro.
The system with the entrance passwords isn't optimal, at a moment they didn't work and I had to contact the company to resolve the issue and get into the flat. Poor safety standards, there is no security door but an old one which anybody can broke with a kick. Tenants must contact the company to arrange a cleaning and pay extra, this should be included in the service, at least for this price. Bad sound isolation, you can hear people from other apartments. Small sink, the flat needs a dishwasher. No vacuum cleaner, I had to use a regular broom to clean the flat as if we were in the 1960s. My general impression is that the flat may be is fine for one week for holidays or so, but does not meet the standards of a business apartment for longer stays and the company should work towards that. Average experience in general.

It was similar to the pictures provided . The 2 bedrooms were comfortable.
The AC was excellent.
The location was not the greatest but it works for the people that knows Madrid.
The place was dusty and the sofa bed uncomfortable and squeaky.
There was only one small pot.
Noisy- am & pm
There was no iron and extra cleaning supplies.
