Great location
Room initially given very disappointing - looked nothing like photos on booking.com - small, facing dirty internal courtyard and dingy. Complained to reception and was told no other rooms available, but strangely after some time they suddenly did have another room. Disappointing, as hotel quite basic and expensive for what it is and a negative start to the holiday. None of staff were particularly welcoming or friendly throughout stay unfortunately.

Location is spectacular. Building is very charming. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Beds and pillows were not the best but were passable. Bathroom wall needs a bit of work. Our triple was cramped but it was ok since we are family.
