Despite the fact that there is no front desk or reception are this is the best and our favourite place to stay in Madrid.

The room was great and met our expectations. Considering the price and location, it offered excellent value for money.
We had some difficulty during check-in because the Hotels.com reservation number was different from the hotel’s internal booking reference, so it may be helpful to confirm the correct reservation number in advance to make the process smoother. However, the hotel responded promptly and provided the necessary support, which we truly appreciated.
