The room and bathroom was very clean, good working air conditioner so you can adjust tepmerature as you like. Very good location I was amazed how close it was to Opera and Royal palace just 2 minutes walking, famous SanGines 1 min walk, Mercado de San miguel also so close and you you can reach other sight seengs max 20-30 minutes walking. Very good price to be so close to everything, As it was very hot between 14:00-19:00 you can easy come rest take shower and then go dining nearby, 8 minutes walk from 360o rooftop Bar and see sunsat amazing views Bedod also walking distance. Staff is very friendly, room cleaning service was offered everyday, chack out at 12:00 is olso conveninet most other places request 11:00

As its located on the walking street it is noisy at night, some random tourists singing ar talking loudly in the street, or. 6:00 am delivery cars or cafe staff cleaning streets. But stil I could get cuality sleep betwoon 12:00-06:00 mostly

View from the balcony. Location. Powerful and hot shower Comfy bed Relaxed friendly feel. Safe area. Cafes all around. Easy to get to from Charmatin station.

Nothing. Everything was great. I thought that for the price it is fabulous, just a pity I can't come again with my husband and dog!

room was just as pictured in one of the photographs. We were right above the busy streets but yet it wasnt noisy in the room or didnt interup our sleep. Location was excellent.

There was a lack of rails or any hooks to hang the towels from in the bathroom

Excellent location: a couple of blocks off the Sol station. Shops and places to eat all along path to get to Hostsl Ivor. Plaza Mayor is a short, lovely walk away. Gran Via also within a short walk. Great AC for hot days! Nice hot water. I loved the location, so in future, I'd look for another place to stay on same area.

The bathroom was dirty, had mold. The sink was cracked and water spout in sink came at an odd angle so water all over the place. Having to ring to get into building wad a bit w weird. Beds were like roll away beds. Moved every time I touched bed.
