Check in was super smooth and easy, rooms were spotlessly clean, we couldn't work out how to use the shower but the staff were super quick to respond on WhatsApp and we sorted it in a few minutes
Location is perfect and is only a couple of minutes walk to Opera and the Royal Palace, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again
The air con units behind the rooms were a bit loud during the night, my brain tuned them out on the second night but you might want to consider earplugs if you're a light sleeper

Great location,.nice natural decor, the building has a beautiful historical hallway, WiFi worked well,.AC worked well. Our room was relatively quiet, no noise from outside.
The bed was very uncomfortable, thatfor we felt unrest

Great Location, Quiet Place, Quick response
Smell of Bathroom, WiFi not working properly, the outlets were not functioning properly. Beds were not the best but ok. Storage in the rooms are insufficient. Shower and toilet all together-it is blocking when someone stays long. Also the light keeps turning down when you are in shower.
