This was a continued stay and I already left a good review prior. I stayed from May 31st to June 3rd then extended my booking from June 3rd to June 5th changing from top bunk to lower bunk. I was told by the customer service team that once the cleaners were done with the lower bunk I can move my things there, because I used to work in a hotel and thought if it was a continued stay then I didn’t have to wait for the usual 3pm check in time. The cleaner seemed unhappy that I put my things on my new bed before 3pm so there was some miscommunication there, but eventually she let me stay after talking to her about my extended stay. Otherwise it was a good stay.

I read beforehand that there was no front desk and all communication was through WhatsApp, once I got there the check in was fairly straightforward. It is in an amazing location right next to the Opera metro station, near Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, San Gines Churros and many more. Not everyone speaks English specifically the cleaners so be prepared to use google translate. Also the only downside was that the WiFi was sometimes slow or unusable and the flush was kind of broken. Besides that everything was great and you make friends there too. For some reason I didn’t take photos of the room but the view from the room

Great location central to all. Limited offerings other than the room amenities, which are sufficient. No comfortable seating but as we were out the whole day, we did not mind much. Rainy days will be a bit uncomfortable. Shower is awesome. Bed and linen very nice. Balcony room 1 is preferred. Our friends at room 7 courtyard, were less satisfied.

There was no water for a whole day and when it was “fixed”, there was no hot water either. The air conditioning was also not working and we had to open the windows for ventilation but the streets were noisy at night (I guess it was quite a central location)
