    Everything was perfect! Location was excellent and near all the tourist spots, staff was great and helpful. The place itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

    Excellent stay at New Point Opera Hotel. The receptionists were professional, friendly, and very welcoming throughout our stay. The studio room was a good size, well laid out, and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Madrid and within easy walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and transport. A comfortable and convenient choice for exploring the city. Highly recommended.
