The staff was really helpful and so kind , and also the location was just perfect opposite the royal palace and in a walking distance to lot of sights and restaurants

The room/apartment is very spacious and the location right next to the Opera House and the Royal Palace is also excellent. I found the bathroom to be slightly ill designed with things like the toilet paper hanging on a roll behind me. Surely, there was a better place than there. The staff was pretty nice, as well. I had a glorious view of the Royal Palace from my room.
I needed to leave a day early because of work and was told that I would still be charged for the last night. I thought that that was a bit rough.
