Breakfast was included in our rate, good value, good choice of foods. Rooms were clean and air conditioner worked very well. Very walkable location

Location was great, easily accessible to metro and walking distance to many attractions. It has parking for a fee, which is one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel. The checkout was fairly easy.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, a hard mattress where we could hear and feel the springs in the mattress. The couch in the bedroom was dirty, it smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallway. The garbage can in this bathroom looked like it was picked off the streets. How are there no outlets next to the nightstands? I would not say this hotel room was a 4 star. We've been to Eurostars in Portugal, which led us to expect more here. This hotel is a 3 star, if that.
