    We had a terrivle experience. We had a very noisy room. Our room were o. The 14th floor. All night we hear broken motor sound, screeching noise. We could'nt sleep, spoke with the front desk in person, he said will look into it and send a technician up. We kept hearing the noise all night along. Spoke again with front desk, different agent, said no record of your claim and no technician was dispatched to your room. I will send a technician right now. We had a reservation at that time. We canclled our plan and waites for the technician. About an hour later no one showed up. Came down and look for the agent, we were told that he finished his shift and left. We asked to check if he dispatched a technician and logged the complain. Nothing in thw system and no technician was called. We asked to speak to the manager. The agent at the front desk said, the manager wîll be in touch shortly. Waited for couple of hours and no one called nor showed up. We waisted most of our day waiting for someone to contact us and fix the problem. We called the front desk, tbe attendant said nothing we can do as all technicians left for the and no is available. We asked why the manager didn't call us. He said your complain os not in the system and nothing was reported. We had another terrible night sleeping. Cam down early morning to speak with someone. All we heard nothing we can do in a rude way, don't care attitude. Also, the manager is not avaîable. We checked out and told the attendant We had a really awful and terrible experience, we felt hopeless and got really tiered, wasted our time and money in such terrible hotel with rude staff and irresponsible managers. I am a BonVoy member for a longtime. I wil’ cancel my memvership and encourage you to do the same. Marriott doesn't care about us and about you. Never again.
