Slick room design and very comfy bed. Locate close to the Plaza de Espana (5 min walk). Staff are nice and welcoming. Check in time is a little strict at 2pm (we arrived at 1ish) but they let us stored our luggage, so that's great.

I stayed at the hotel for five days. The room was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped. Every day they made sure to clean and tidy it. The location is excellent.although it’s not in the very center of Gran Vía for those who want to be right in the main shopping area, it’s right at the end of the street.
I traveled alone and the room was perfect for me!

המיקום מצוין, אמנם לא ממש במרכז הגראן ויה למי שחשוב לו להיות בלב אזור השופינג, המלון ממוקם בקצה הרחוב ובמרחק הליכה נוח מהכול.

I booked a quad room, but it felt extremely cramped for four people. The room is very small and poorly designed. There are only 3 lockers for 4 guests, no safe box, nowhere to properly store clothes, and no dedicated space for luggage. We were constantly moving bags around just to have space to walk.
The bathroom setup is one of the worst I’ve experienced. The toilet is separated only by glass, offering almost no privacy, and there is no soundproofing at all. The sink is outside the toilet area, which is inconvenient and awkward when sharing the room with others.
To make things worse, all the room lights are controlled by a single switch, so one person can affect everyone else in the room. There isn’t even a TV. The room looks modern and stylish in photos, but the design clearly prioritizes appearance over comfort and practicality.
I also arrived a little early for check-in and was asked to pay an extra €10 for early access to the room, which felt unreasonable given the quality of the accommodation.
Another disappointing experience was their “complimentary drink” offer. At check-in, I was told that if I chose not to have my room cleaned, I would receive a complimentary drink. I agreed and skipped room cleaning for one day. When I later returned to reception, I was told the offer was only valid once for the entire stay. That important detail was never explained when I checked in, making the promotion feel misleading.
The only real positive is the location, which is excellent and within walking distance of many attractions. Without the location, this would easily be a 1-star review.
Overall, this place feels more like a budget hostel with a fancy design than a proper hotel.
