Location is great
Bed was not very comfortable. Hair dryer was very weak.

Great location right in the center of Madrid, very easy to reach by metro from the airport, and in walkable distance from the most visited parts, shops, restaurants. Good breakfast, friendly staff.
The neighborhood is quite noisy at night and early morning. I needed earplugs to sleep better. The elevators are very busy on weekdays (there is a medical center in the building with lots of visiting patients), so of you want to go down with your luggage from the reception after check-out, you have to wait long till you find an empty elevator where you can fit in with your suitcases.

Location was good
While it was cool outside the room was muggy(humid and hot). We complained and were told the air conditioning only could be used as a heater. So we opened the window but the central service area it opened on to had a very loud pump operating 24/7. So the window was closed as too noisy to sleep. Everything else was good but I need a nights sleep. I WOULDN’T STAY HERE AGAIN.
