Can’t complain at this price. Got a room overlooking the plaza espana. Room was big, although duvet had stains. Staff was professional and spoke very good English. Rooftop bar was a nice place to hang out after check out. Luggage is kept for free and there was extra security at the front door when there was a concert nearby which was a nice touch. One bad part was the shower; the water pressure was very low.

We stayed at Dear Hotel six years ago during our trip to Spain and decided to return this time as well. It's in a great location, and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are a bit small for two adults and a child, even though I opted for triple sharing — next time, I'll book two rooms instead. Other than that very pleasant stay.

This is a boutique hotel that seems to optimize its profits by not providing basic amenities beyond shampoo and conditioner. Elevators are slow, rooms are small, and overall everything feels a bit bare boned. Nonetheless, the rooms are clean, the location is decent, and the front desk was responsive to my needs. Was it a decent hotel? Yes. Would I choose to stay here again given the price vs product delivered? No.
