Beautiful imposing building situated in plaza españa. Within walking distance to all central tourist places in central Madrid. Excellent breakfast. And the gastro bar restaurant & sky bar is busy but fantastic with good service.
Cons. No complimentary slippers and bathrobe available which should be standard for a 4* hotel.

The location of this hotel can’t be beat for touring Madrid. Close to many historical sites and shopping / food. Also right on the metro to get around Madrid. The hotel is clean / professional and modernized rooms with a very good breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if your visiting Madrid!

The hotel located in city centre…. breakfast was good with lots of options. There is no lobby in the hotel.

The heating system is not working till 8 PM. It is unacceptable. The rooms are so cold and we are paying for the room and there is no heating in the room.
