    We stay for a week , great location close by to everything, the front desk staff very nice and helpful The room new and clean Roof top you get a 10* experience with fabulous view of the old city of Madrid Will definitely recommend this hotel

    Macarena and Marc are stars of Urban Hive. They are truly exceptional — and, without a doubt, its greatest strength. I have rarely experienced such genuine warmth, kindness, and willingness to help. They are warm, friendly, and unfailingly cheerful, always greeting me with a smile and going the extra mile without ever making me feel that I was asking for too much. As I don’t use the elevator, they helped me with the stairs, carried my luggage up to my room, brought it down again when I checked out, and even accompanied me all the way to my taxi. What touched me most was that their kindness never felt like a duty or a service — it felt genuine. They were simply happy to help. Their smiles, warmth and thoughtful little gestures made me feel genuinely cared for. The staff are the heart of this hotel, and they are what I will remember most about my stay. They are truly the best.
