      I would like to complain a bellboy with an “eyeglass” who is standing in front of the main door every day (I should ask his name, but I forgot).  When I arrived the hotel entrance, I’m not sure I have found the right place, then I showed him the hotel image and name, but he said this is not the hotel I found and asked me to keep walking forward and show me the wrong direction.   How come he seems not recognize the hotel that he is working for?????  I don’t think it is a good experience when someone was mislead and showed you the wrong direction when you carrying a heavy luggage.  Hope it won’t happen on others.   Although the 1st impression was not good when I just arrived but in conclusion, I am quite satisfied with everything.
