    We had a wonderful time at the hotel! The location is ideal and the rooms are clean and lovely. Staff is great, rooftop is awesome. Thanks for the great stay!

    I had asked for a Delux non smoking room which I did receive. However i was given the first floor room facing the Grand Via. There is a bus stop right outside the window and people were smoking almost nonstop. I could smell it in the room. In addition it was noisy all night. The room was stuffy when I asked the front desk they said the whole hotel was on heat. (it was 60 F outside and was stuffy in the room). They recommended me to open the window if I needed air. (Yea right with all the smoke ). Worst experience at a hotel for me. Not work the money. Oh and they did not have any coffee maker in the room and you had to get hot water at a common location in the floor.
