Hotel well situated. Staff were ok. Room needs refreshing. The AC was a bit noisy and very old fashion & you need to be an expert to understand the functional parts.

Hotel is great with spacious rooms and clean , but unfortunately breakfast is subpar , I don't think we can call that a breakfast , I literally saw ants in food in breakfast , My suggestion is to remove breakfast option , else you gonna get very bad reviews , as you don't have control over breakfast

Pros: rooms are exactly as they appear in photos. Location is perfect,right across Plaza de Espana with a view of Torre de Madrid. Around the corner is Gran Via. Many food resto, and convenience stores outside. Nearby a Huge Zara store. If you're into that. Staff were so helpful and can speak limited English. Cons: breakfast was soooo limited. It's on the mezzanine of their restaurant which is TINY you literally bump elbows with other guests. Food area didn't seem clean, including the plates, and glasses. Rooms, however, seemed very clean.

I have been staying many times in Madrid , this is a nicely located Hotel . Rooms are large with Kitchenette. Though a little renovation is advisable. Overall a very Nice place to stay with all amenities. I will surely return to this Hotel when in Madrid.
