The staff were so friendly & accommodating the hotel was really central and the rooms were large and well thought out and very clean and the beds were really comfortable

Service, Decor, facilities. The Gingko Bar and Restaurant is really good.
The bed sank a little oddly when sitting on it, but only on one side. The Gingko restaurant was excellent but could have a little more atmosphere if they added low candle lighting to tables but I'm being very fussy.

Excellent aspects of the hotel: staff friendliness; location and breakfast - all top notch.
Very little to say negatively - the only minor point would be that guests of the hotel shouldn't have to pay to use the Ginko skybar.
