My experience at the Vincci Vía 66 hotel was quite underwhelming, especially considering its 4-star rating. Several essential details were lacking during my stay:
1. Room Issue: I requested a single large bed, but was given a twin bed instead. The hotel didn’t inform me at check-in that the room type was unavailable, which forced me to return to the front desk and ask for the correct bed setup.
2. Missing Amenities: Surprisingly, no slippers were provided in the room, which is something I would expect as standard in a 4-star hotel.
3. Water & Hospitality: The room had a kettle with tea and cups, but no complimentary water. Guests are required to pay for still water, which is an unexpected inconvenience for a hotel of this category.
Overall, the lack of attention to detail and missing amenities were disappointing, detracting from what should have been a more comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay, the only downside was they wouldn’t allow us to enjoy our morning coffee on the outside rooftop!😡 even though their bar doesn’t open until 12pm! Very disappointing that we couldn’t sit in the sunshine and enjoy our Starbucks!
Very strange that guest have to wait until 12 o’clock and buy beverages at hotel to enjoy the rooftop.

Good location. It is located in the centre of Madrid.
Great public transportation. (Taxi bus and metro, all of them available)
Room is quite spacious. Enough room for two suitcases opened)
Hotel lounge (the bar in the second floor) is cozy.
Hotel staffs are welcoming and helpful . (They speak English)
