    The hotel and staff were amazing and very welcoming. The hotel is on a perfect location allowing you to get to anywhere you want either by foot or by metro which is 1 min away. Would definitely come back to this hotel the next time I come to Madrid! Muchas gracias to the hotel staff ❤️

    Really liked this hotel, on a quiet side street in central location. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff really makes you feel at home. Special thanks to Caroline at the front desk. She is extremely kind, helpful and professional.

    I love this hotel. Normally stay here when I am in Madrid. Great value for money. The location is excellent and the staff friendly and attentive.

    I booked this hotel for a short visit to Madrid with my teenage daughter as she is considering going to IE University. It was relatively easy to get to, about 40-45 min Metro ride from the airport and a short walk from the station. It is small and boutique-y (which we like), but the room was not what we'd expected. I'd requested the smaller room with 2 singles or a double. From the photos, they looked like just what we needed. But the actual room was barely big enough for the bed and was too small to be separated into singles. There was about a foot of space to walk around the bed to get to the bathroom. The shampoo holder on the wall fell off while we were there, the shower drain was clogged and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and were given just 4 coffee pods. When I asked for one more, they gave me a tiny packet of instant coffee instead. In general, it just seemed like a bit more expensive than what it was worth. Maybe this is normal for Madrid, it was our first time. Location was good.
